Ingredients

  •             1 tube Pillsbury Grand biscuit dough, not the flaky style
  •             1 cup blueberry pie filling, canned or homemade
  •             ½ cup butter, unsalted and melted
  •             2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

FIRST STEP:

Open the tube of biscuit dough and separate the dough, splitting each one into two sections. You will have a total of 16 circles

Slightly flatten each biscuit dough piece into a flattened circle

Place one tablespoon of blueberry pie filling into the center of each circle

Use your fingers to pull up the outer edges of the dough, pulling it towards the center

SECOND STEP:

Pinch the edges together to form a seal.

Roll into balls

Brush the entire balls with the melted butter

Sprinkle each ball with sugar

THIRD STEP:

Carefully place the balls into the air fryer basket about 2 inches apart

Air Fry at 330* for 7 to 8 minutes until they are golden brown

Allow to cool for a few minutes, serve warm
