Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of your choice (adjust to taste)

  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or tartness according to your preference by adding more sweetener or lemon juice if needed.
  4. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or a container suitable for freezing.
  5. Freezing: Place the dish in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the dessert is firm.
  6. Serve: Once frozen, remove the dessert from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before serving. Scoop into bowls or glasses and enjoy!
