1 ½ pounds of ground beef

2 green bell peppers, thinly sliced

½ yellow onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons garlic, freshly minced

1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt

8 slices of Provolone Cheese

4 large eggs

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

¼ cup of heavy whipping cream


Preheat the oven by setting it to 350°F and grease a baking pan measuring 9×9 inches.

In a skillet heated over medium-high heat cook the ground beef until it turns brown.

When halfway cooked, add bell pepper and onion to the skillet. Continue cooking until they become tender.

Add seasoning salt and garlic to the skillet. Sauté briefly then drain any grease.

Transfer the beef to the greased baking dish. Top it with cheese.

Prepare a mixture by combining whipping cream, eggs and Worcestershire Sauce. Pour this mixture over the meat in the baking dish.

Bake, for 35 to 45 minutes. Until fully cooked.
