Make your own blackened chicken at home with simple ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Avocado oil spray
- 1 Pound Chicken breast
- 1 TBSP Victoria Taylor’s smoked paprika chipotle seasoning or smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 TBSP Dak’s Green Zest or Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- 1 Pinch Papa’s Pepper Extreme seasoning or cayenne to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat air fryer or oven to 400 degress

In a bowl place the chicken breast

Spray with the avocado oil

Pour all of the seasonings into the bowl and coat very well
**If making nuggets cut chicken first then coat with seasonings**

Spray the air fryer basket or tray with cooking spray
**If cooking in an oven, place on sheet tray with parchment paper**

Cook chicken until it reaches 165 degrees internally. All chicken times are different depending on size and thickness.

Let rest on a plate before slicing, about 10 minutes.
