Spicy Chinese Chicken Recipe with boneless skinless chicken breast. A quick and easy 20 minute dinner with 5 WW Freestyle Points and 6 Smart Points





1 tbsp white wine vinegar
¾ cup chicken broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp artificial sweetener
½ tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic minced
2 medium scallion chopped
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 2 inch pieces
2 cups cooked brown rice


  1. Using a small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, chicken broth, soy sauce, sweetener, ginger, and corn starch. Mix well. Set aside.
  2. In a wok, or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. In the skillet or wok, add garlic, red pepper flakes, and scallions. Stir-fry approx 2 minutes. Add in chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned approx 5 additional minutes.
  4. Mix in the prepared sauce. Simmer until chicken is fully cooked, and the sauce thickens. Approx 3 additional minutes.
  5. Serve over cooked brown rice.
