- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the Peaches:

Wash the peaches, then peel and slice them into bite-sized pieces. To prevent browning, you can toss the peach slices with lemon juice.
Mix the Salad:

In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches and mini marshmallows.
