🛒 Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mixed dried fruits/raisins
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and grease a loaf pan.
- Cream the butter and brown sugar until light and smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the dried fruits and nuts.
- Pour into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing.
