Cook chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove bacon, leaving the grease.

Add sausage slices to the skillet, brown on both sides, then remove.

Cook shrimp for 3 minutes per side until pink and curled, then set aside.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet. Add onions, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the second tablespoon of butter and apple cider vinegar. Stir in cabbage and cook for 12 minutes until tender.

Stir in bacon, shrimp, and sausage. Cook for 2-3 minutes to combine. Serve hot.
