INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Vidalia onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 large English cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Add tomato, onion, bell pepper, and cucumber and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy!
