Colorful Fruit Jelly Drink Recipe

This refreshing fruit jelly drink combines sweet fruit juice with soft colorful jelly cubes or pearls. It’s cold, fruity, lightly chewy, and perfect for summer parties or homemade bottled drinks.


Ingredients

For the Jelly Pearls/Cubes

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp agar-agar powder (or unflavored gelatin)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • Food coloring (red, green, orange, yellow)
  • Flavor extracts (optional: strawberry, mango, lime, orange)

For the Fruit Drink Base

  • 4 cups orange juice or mango juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3–4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup diced fruits (optional: mango, peach, pineapple)

Optional Add-ins

  • Basil seeds (sabja)
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut jelly
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Colored Gelatin
In a pot, combine:
2 cups of water

Warm and mix until completely dissolved.
Split the mixture into four small bowls.
