Ingredients

4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp grated Pecorino Romano cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

4 slices white bread

4 slices provolone cheese

½ c shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

Heat the Skillet: Warm a large skillet over medium heat.

Prepare Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped parsley, grated Pecorino Romano, and minced garlic.

Butter the Bread: Spread the butter mixture lightly on one side of each bread slice.
