Ingredients

- 2.5 cups Flour
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 4 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoons Salt
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- ½ cup Melted Butter
Instructions

Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl

Add in buttermilk (don’t overmix!)

Prepare a baking dish with a THIN layer of non-stick spray

Pour melted butter baking dish

Add dough over the butter and use a spatula to spread the dough evenly

“Cut” the dough into square pieces

Bake at 450° for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and dough is baked through.
