Blackberry Ricotta Flatbread

This easy Blackberry Ricotta Flatbread is fresh, light, sweet, tangy, cheesy, crispy, and perfect for lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 lavash flatbreadapproximately 9” x 7-8” (I used Joseph’s Multigrain Lavash)
  •  cup fat free ricotta cheese
  • salt and black pepperto taste
  • ¼ cup shredded 2% milk Mozzarella cheese
  •  cup fresh blackberries
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon balsamic glaze(many brands sell this in a squeeze-bottle – I use Wegmans)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil

Instructions

    • Pre-heat the oven to 350F degrees.
