Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 can (15 oz) baked beans (look for low-sugar or no-sugar-added if you’re watching carbs)

1/2 onion, finely diced (optional)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional but delicious)

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, adds depth)

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Beef:

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.

Add onion if using, cook until softened.

Drain excess grease if needed.

Mix It Up:

Add baked beans to the skillet with the beef.

Stir in Worcestershire, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper.

Bake:

Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 casserole dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
