Ingredients
1 pound boneless sirloin steak
1 pound raw jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoons steak seasoning
Instructions
Using a paper towel, pat dry steak and cut it into 1-inch pieces. Pat dry shrimp with paper towels
In a large bowl combine the steak, shrimp, and olive oil; toss to combine. Thread the steak and shrimp onto skewers.
Place the steak and shrimp kabobs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook to 400ºF for 3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are cooked through, and steak is done to your preference.
Serve immediately!
Notes
If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them for at least 30 minutes before preparing the kabobs.
