Air Fryer Glazed Gammon Joint with Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients:

  • Aldi gammon joint
  • Cold water (for soaking)
  • Honey
  • Brown sugar
  • Par-boiled potatoes
  • Carrots

Instructions:

  1. Soak the Gammon:
    • Soak the gammon joint in cold water for 1 hour to remove excess salt.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (374°F).
  3. Cook the Gammon:
    • Place the soaked gammon joint in the air fryer drawer.
    • Cook at 190°C (374°F) for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  4. Prepare the Glaze:
    • Mix honey and brown sugar to make the glaze.
    • After the initial cooking time, coat the gammon joint with the glaze.
  5. Finish Cooking the Gammon:
    • Pop the gammon back into the air fryer for a further 10 minutes.
  6. Cook the Vegetables:
    • In the other drawer of the air fryer, place the par-boiled potatoes and carrots.
    • Cook alongside the gammon until everything is done.
