Ingredients:

1 lb cooked shrimp (peeled & deveined, tails off)

1–2 ripe avocados, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 2 limes (zest one of them for extra zing!)
