5 pork chops

Instructions

Start by peeling and slicing the potatoes making sure each slice is no thicker than ¼ inch.

Peel and quarter the onion then divide each quarter in half.

Grate a block of Cheddar Cheese to get 3 cups of shredded goodness.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a baking dish.

In a bowl combine the sliced potatoes, diced onions and shredded cheese. Add the milk. Sprinkle in the seasoning salt and garlic salt for an explosion of flavor.
