W/W Crack Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix (look for a lower-sodium version)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onions (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and dry ranch seasoning mix. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Stir in the reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled turkey bacon. Reserve the remaining bacon for topping.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Keep in mind that the ranch seasoning already contains salt, so be cautious with additional salt.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Top the mixture with the remaining crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions if desired.
  8. Serve the Crack Chicken dip with fresh veggies, whole-grain crackers, or as a sandwich filling.
