Vegetable Cream Cheese Spread
(A perfect creamy veggie spread for bread, crackers, sandwiches & wraps)


🧀 Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese (softened)

  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or hung curd (optional for extra creaminess)

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped carrots

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum (any color)

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped cucumber (seeds removed)

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion or regular onion

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander/parsley

  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed (optional)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • ½ tsp dried oregano or mixed herbs (optional)

  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

  1. In a bowl, add softened cream cheese.

  2. Mix in Greek yogurt/hung curd and beat until smooth & creamy.

  3. Add all finely chopped vegetables.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and herbs.

  5. Mix well until everything is combined.

  6. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes for best flavor.
