Ingredients
- 2½ lbs (1.1 kg) beef stew meat, cut into cubes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Place the diced onion in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the beef cubes on top of the onions.
