Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (defrosted)
1 cup frozen, defrosted, squeezed very dry spinach
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp black pepper
1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional: sesame seeds or chili flakes for topping
Instructions (5 Steps)

Make the filling:
Mix spinach + cream cheese + mozzarella + parmesan + garlic + salt + pepper until smooth and well combined. -
Cut pastry strips:
Roll out the puff pastry slightly, cut into 6 equal long strips. -
Shape the trees:
Spread filling along each strip. Fold or twist into a zig-zag to form a Christmas tree shape. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. -
Brush + decorate:
Beat egg and brush over each tree. Sprinkle seeds or chili flakes if using. -
Bake:
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Serve
Let cool 2–3 minutes, enjoy warm or room temperature!
