Ingredients:

100g unsalted butter (softened)

1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

For the chicken:

2 boneless chicken breasts (cut into smaller pieces, about 4-6 pieces)

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs (beaten)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the garlic butter filling:

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Once it’s mixed well, place the butter mixture on a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper, and shape it into a small log. Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
