2 lbs seedless grapes (1 lb red, 1 lb green), washed & de-stemmed

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or light sour cream for extra tang)

4 oz light cream cheese, softened

¼ cup honey or maple syrup (or to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional for crunch)

2–3 tbsp brown sugar (for topping – optional but delicious)

Make the creamy base:
In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. -
Add the grapes:
Gently fold in the grapes until they’re well-coated with the creamy mixture. -
Top it off:
Sprinkle chopped nuts and a light dusting of brown sugar over the top just before serving (or after chilling, if you prefer it less crunchy). -
Chill & serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving—this lets the flavors meld and gives it that refreshing chill.
