Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
½ yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ginger
Preparation
Arrange chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and mix to coat chicken.
Cover and set slow cooker to low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours. Try to avoid removing the lid as chicken cooks.
If sauce is still thin when chicken is done cooking, remove lid and allow more liquid to cook off.
Use two large forks to shred cooked chicken before serving.
