Garlic Parmesan Cheese Bombs
Buttery, cheesy, and packed with garlic flavor—perfect as a snack or appetizer!
Ingredients:
• 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
• 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch each)
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prep the Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Assemble the Cheese Bombs:
• Flatten each biscuit dough piece slightly.
• Place a mozzarella cube in the center and wrap the dough around it, pinching the seams to seal.
• Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
3. Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
4. Brush and Bake:
• Brush the tops of the dough balls with the garlic butter.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Add Parmesan:
• Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
• Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Serve:
Best enjoyed warm with marinara or ranch for dipping!
Storage:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
