Garlic Butter Stir-Fried Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots & Mushrooms) 🍄🥦🥕
🥗 Ingredients:

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 cup carrots, thinly sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter or olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp vinegar

½ tsp black pepper

Salt, to taste

1️⃣ Prep the veggies:
Wash and cut all vegetables into similar-sized pieces for even cooking.
2️⃣ Sauté the garlic:
Heat butter or olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 20–30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn it).
3️⃣ Add carrots and broccoli:
Add carrots and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes, keeping the heat high so they stay crisp and bright.
4️⃣ Add mushrooms:
Toss in the mushrooms and cook for another 2–3 minutes until they soften slightly.
5️⃣ Season:
Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together and cook for 1 more minute.
6️⃣ Serve:
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if you like.
