Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes: Boil baby potatoes in salted water for about 12–15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. Blanch green beans: Cook green beans in boiling water for 3–4 minutes, then drain.

  3. Cook steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

  4. Cook shrimp: In the same pan melt butter and add garlic. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.

  5. Combine: Return steak to the pan, add lemon juice and parsley, and toss everything in the garlic butter sauce.

  6. Serve: Plate steak and shrimp with the baby potatoes and green beans.
