Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed dried fruits (raisins, chopped apricots, cranberries)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
