Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • ¾ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 16 large marshmallows

Instructions

FIRST STEP:

In a saucepan on medium heat, add the butter, evaporated milk and sugar

Whisk often while bring the mix to a boil

SECOND STEP:

Boil for 5 minutes, to ensure the sugar is dissolved

Remove the pan from the heat and add in the marshmallows and chocolate chips, stirring to melt all

THIRD STEP:

Slowly stir in the vanilla and the chopped pecans

Butter a 9×9 baking pan

FOURTH STEP:

Pour the hot mixture into the prepared pan

Place into the refrigerator until the fudge is set.

FIFTH STEP:

Cut into pieces and enjoy.
