This Creamy Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta blends all the comfort of a cheeseburger into a rich, cheesy pasta dish. It’s packed with ground beef, crispy bacon, and a homemade cheddar-parmesan Alfredo sauce that’s ready in 30 minutes.

- 12 oz elbow macaroni or pasta of choice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Step 1:Â Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2:Â In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned, then remove and set aside.

Step 3: In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and milk. Bring to a simmer, then stir in cheddar and parmesan cheeses until smooth and melted.

Step 4:Â Return beef to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Top with crumbled bacon and stir gently.
