This delicious corn dip with cream cheese and bacon makes an amazing party dip for all your summer gatherings.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups sweet corn 2 ears
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup bacon crumbles
- 1 jalapeno chopped

Preheat oven to 350.

Cut the kernels off of two ears of fresh, sweet corn.1.5 cups sweet corn

In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon and jalapenos.8 ounces cream cheese,1 cup shredded cheddar,1/2 cup bacon crumbles,1 jalapeno,1.5 cups sweet corn

Mix well, then place in an oven safe dish.

Bake for 20 minutes and serve hot out of the oven. Top with extra bacon crumbles (optional)
NOTES
If you’re serving this at a party and need to keep it warm, you can also cook and serve this hot corn dip in a small slow cooker.
