🥦 Cauliflower Cheese Fritters (WW Friendly)

These fritters are a lighter twist on comfort food—mashed cauliflower mixed with cheese, herbs, and egg, then pan-crisped or air-fried. They’re low-carb, satisfying, and perfect as a snack, side, or even a light meal.

🛒 Ingredients (Makes ~10 fritters)

  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

❓ Q&A

Q: Why are my fritters falling apart?
A: The mixture may be too wet—make sure cauliflower is well-drained. Add a little extra flour if needed.

Q: Can I make them crispier?
A: Yes—air fryer works best, or chill patties for 15 minutes before cooking.

Q: Can I freeze them?
A: Absolutely. Freeze cooked fritters and reheat in the air fryer.

Q: Can I make them gluten-free?
A: Use almond flour or oat flour instead of wheat flour.

Q: What else can I add?
A: Green onions, smoked paprika, or even a little turkey bacon for extra flavor.
