🥓 Carnivore Chaffle Burger Recipe
🍳 Ingredients:
For the Chaffle Buns:
- 
2 large eggs 
- 
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix) 
- 
Optional: pinch of salt 
For the Burger:
- 
1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 for juiciness) 
- 
Salt and black pepper to taste 
- 
Optional toppings (all carnivore-friendly): - 
Bacon 
- 
Fried egg 
- 
Cheese slice 
- 
Butter or mayo 
 
- 
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the Chaffles:
- 
Preheat your waffle maker. 
- 
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and shredded cheese. 
- 
Pour half of the mixture into the waffle maker and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy. 
- 
Repeat for the second chaffle. 
 → These will be your burger buns.
2. Cook the Burger Patty:
- 
Form the ground beef into patties (about ½ inch thick). 
- 
Season with salt and pepper. 
- 
Cook in a skillet or grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side (or to your preferred doneness). 
- 
Top with cheese and let it melt. 
3. Assemble the Burger:
- 
Place one chaffle on a plate. 
- 
Add your cooked burger patty. 
- 
Top with bacon, a fried egg, or more cheese if desired. 
- 
Finish with the second chaffle on top.

- 
Butter between layers for richness 
- 
Crispy prosciutto or pork rinds for crunch 
- 
Bone marrow butter drizzle on top (for the ultimate flavor bomb)
