🥓 Carnivore Chaffle Burger Recipe

🍳 Ingredients:

For the Chaffle Buns:

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

  • Optional: pinch of salt

For the Burger:

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Optional toppings (all carnivore-friendly):

    • Bacon

    • Fried egg

    • Cheese slice

    • Butter or mayo

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Make the Chaffles:

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and shredded cheese.

  3. Pour half of the mixture into the waffle maker and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.

  4. Repeat for the second chaffle.
    → These will be your burger buns.

2. Cook the Burger Patty:

  1. Form the ground beef into patties (about ½ inch thick).

  3. Cook in a skillet or grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side (or to your preferred doneness).

  4. Top with cheese and let it melt.

3. Assemble the Burger:

  1. Place one chaffle on a plate.

  2. Add your cooked burger patty.

  3. Top with bacon, a fried egg, or more cheese if desired.

  4. Finish with the second chaffle on top.
