- Bang Bang shrimp
- 8 flour (5-inch) tortillas, or corn tortillas
Cabbage Slaw

- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup lime juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 cups purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- ¼ cup green onions, diced
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves, diced

Cilantro Slaw

In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and salt. Whisk together until all ingredients are incorporated.

Add cabbage, jalapeno, green onions, and cilantro. Toss to combine. Store, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Assembly

Top tortillas with bang bang shrimp and cabbage slaw. Serve.
