Instructions
1. Cream the butter & sugar
Beat butter and sugar together until creamy and light.
2. Add egg & flavoring
Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
3. Add dry ingredients
Add almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix until a soft dough forms. Add milk only if needed.
4. Chill dough
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
5. Roll & cut into stars
Roll dough to ¼-inch thickness.
Use a star cookie cutter to cut shapes.
6. Bake
Place on parchment-lined tray and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 10–12 minutes,
or until edges are lightly golden.
