These air fryer mushrooms are a fast and easy side dish that requires minimal ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces (225g) mushrooms (cremini or chestnut)
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
  1. Slice mushrooms into halves or quarters for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, coat mushrooms with oil, soy sauce, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 356°F (180°C) for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Check every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  5. Serve immediately with extra salt, lemon juice, or red chili flakes if desired.
