1 tbsp balsamic glaze or honey (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Wash and trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts. Slice them in half for even cooking.
Season: In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure they are evenly coated.
Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
Cook: Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
Finish: Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic glaze or honey for a touch of sweetness (optional).
Serve: Enjoy as a snack, side dish, or appetizer!
Tips:
For extra crispy edges, increase the temperature to 400°F for the last 2–3 minutes of cooking.
Add grated Parmesan cheese after cooking for a cheesy twist.
Customize with chili flakes or lemon zest for added flavor.
