Creamy Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine is a quick, flavor-packed pasta dinner made with tender chicken, rich sauce, and melty cheese.
- 1Â lb linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4Â boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package directions, then drain.
- Season and sauté chicken in olive oil until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in cream, broth, and Parmesan to make sauce.
- Add pasta and mozzarella to the skillet, toss to coat.
- Stir in cooked chicken and heat through.
- Garnish with parsley, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Serve warm.
Notes
