Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 24 ounces frozen sweet corn
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • To a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add honey and corn. Stir to combine.
  • Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Cook until completely melted and creamy, stirring often, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve, garnished with fresh parsley.
