Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed dried fruits (raisins, chopped apricots, cranberries)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter or oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
