🍝 Beef Stir-Fry Spaghetti

A flavorful fusion of Asian stir-fry and Italian pasta — tender beef, colorful veggies, and a savory sauce tossed with spaghetti.


🥩 Ingredients (2–3 servings)

For the Beef

  • 250g beef (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional – for softness)

  • 1 tsp oil

For the Stir-Fry

  • 1 medium onion (sliced)

  • 1 cup bell peppers (red/green – sliced)

For the Sauce

3. Stir-Fry the Beef

Heat a wok on high flame.
Add 1 tbsp oil → add beef → stir-fry 3–4 minutes until browned.
Remove and set aside.


4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same wok:
Add onion → cook 1 minute
Add garlic + ginger
Add bell peppers, carrots & cabbage
Stir-fry 2–3 minutes (stay crispy)


5. Add the Sauce

Pour the sauce mixture into the veggies.
Cook 1 minute until slightly thick.


6. Combine Everything

Add back the beef
Add boiled spaghetti
Toss well on high flame for 1 minute
Adjust seasoning (soy sauce, pepper).
