Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 box (3 oz) orange Jell-O gelatin

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • ½ cup cold water

  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed (or use whipped topping of choice)

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • Optional garnish: extra oranges or whipped cream for serving

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Dissolve the Jell-O
In a large bowl, mix orange Jell-O with boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
Add cold water, stir again, and let cool slightly (don’t let it set fully).

2️⃣ Add the Pudding Mix
Whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth and creamy.
Let this mixture chill in the fridge for about 15–20 minutes, until it begins to thicken slightly.

3️⃣ Fold in the Good Stuff
Gently fold in Cool Whip, crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows until evenly mixed.

4️⃣ Chill & Serve
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best flavor).
Serve chilled and fluffy — garnish with extra oranges or a dollop of whipped cream if desired. 🍊
