🛒 Ingredients:

2 cups fresh blueberries

2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

Cook Blueberries:
Add blueberries to a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook for 5–7 minutes until they soften and start bursting. Mash lightly with a spoon. -
Sweeten & Flavor:
Add honey and lemon juice. Stir well and cook 1–2 more minutes. -
Add Chia Seeds:
Turn off heat. Stir in chia seeds and vanilla. Mix well. -
Thicken:
Let it sit for 10–15 minutes. It will naturally thicken as chia seeds absorb liquid. -
Store:
Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
