🍓 Zero-Point Strawberry Ice Cream
Cool, creamy, and completely guilt-free! Perfect for hot days or sweet cravings.
🧾 Ingredients:
- 
2 cups frozen strawberries 
- 
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt 
- 
1–2 tbsp water or unsweetened almond milk (to blend) 
- 
Sweetener to taste (like Stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol — optional) 
- 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional, adds flavor) 
👩🍳 Instructions:
- 
Blend Ingredients: 
 In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine frozen strawberries and Greek yogurt. Add vanilla extract and sweetener if using.
- 
Adjust Texture: 
 Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add 1 tbsp of water or almond milk at a time to help it blend.
- 
Serve Immediately: 
 For a soft-serve texture, enjoy right away!
 Or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer, scoopable ice cream.
- 
Optional Toppings (not zero-point): 
 Sprinkle a little cinnamon, lemon zest, or a few crushed almonds if you’re not strictly zero points.
