WW 3-Point Refreshing Peach Lemonade with Mint Dressing

WW Points: Approx. 3 Points per serving (with reduced sugar or sugar substitute)
Ingredients:
- 
3 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped 
- 
¼ cup granulated sugar (or use a 0-point sweetener like Stevia or monk fruit to reduce points further) 
- 
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 8 lemons) 
- 
4–5 cups cold water 
- 
Ice cubes 
- 
Mint leaves for garnish (optional) 
Instructions:
🥣 Step 1: Prepare the Peaches
In a blender, combine the chopped peaches and sugar (or sweetener). Blend until smooth. For a chunkier texture, pulse just a few times.
🍋 Step 2: Mix the Lemonade
In a large pitcher, mix the peach purée with fresh lemon juice. Stir well. Gradually add cold water to your taste (start with 4 cups, then adjust).
❄️ Step 3: Chill and Serve
Fill glasses with ice and pour the peach lemonade over it. Garnish with mint leaves and optional peach or lemon slices.
💡 Tips to Keep It WW-Friendly:

Add sparkling water for a fizzy twist — no extra points!
