🧾 Ingredients (Serves 8)

1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (instead of heavy cream)

1 small can (14 oz) fat-free sweetened condensed milk

1 cup light whipped topping (such as Cool Whip Lite)

1 packet sugar-free powdered drink mix (like Crystal Light or sugar-free Jell-O mix — any flavor you like) 
- 
1–2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate sprinkles or mini chocolate chips (optional, for texture and garnish)

✅ Step 1: Blend the Base
In a blender or food processor, combine:

Greek yogurt

Fat-free sweetened condensed milk 
- 
Light whipped topping 
- 
Sugar-free powdered drink mix 
Blend until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
