1 lb 96% lean ground beef (or ground turkey for fewer points)

1 medium onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (no salt added), drained

1/4 cup reduced-sugar ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

2 cups cooked whole wheat pasta (or chickpea/lentil pasta for lower points)

1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Lightly spray a 9×9″ baking dish with cooking spray.
