Watermelon Bread




Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cup watermelon chunks 

– 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened 

– 2 eggs 

– 3/4 cup sugar 

– 2 cups flour 

– 2 tsp baking powder 

– 1/4 tsp salt 

– 1/2 cup raisins (optional) 

– 1 tsp red food coloring (optional) 

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan 

2. Blend watermelon chunks until smooth (should make 1 cup) 

3. Mix butter and sugar, then add eggs and watermelon puree 





4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, mix until combined 



5. Fold in raisins if using �
6. Pour batter into pan and bake for 1 hour
