Salsa or tomatoes – Add a layer of chunky salsa or chopped tomatoes.
-
Sour cream – Spread carefully over the salsa.

(Optional) Sprinkle cilantro and/or green onions for garnish.

4. Serve:
-
Serve with extra tortilla chips on the side for scooping.
-
Can also be served with small plates and spoons.
📝 Tips:
-
Want it vegetarian? Skip the meat and double the beans or add black beans.
-
Spice it up? Add chopped jalapeños or hot salsa.
-
Make ahead? Assemble all layers except the avocado and tomatoes. Add those just before serving to keep them fresh.
